PropertyLM was built by people who have sat on both sides of the table: two decades of New Zealand technology and systems architecture; years spent scaling start-ups, sales teams and financial services businesses; and a shared belief that property professionals deserve better than a confident guess.

We are a small, senior team building explainable, auditable property intelligence for agents, advisers, lenders and institutions, from New Zealand outward.

The spark

We started on the other side of the table.

Buying and selling our own homes, sitting across from one professional after another, watching good people do brilliant work that nobody could see. Every one of them knew their street better than any algorithm. Not one had a way to prove it in the room. So the decision came down to whoever printed the nicest folder. That is the part that stuck with us: the expertise in this industry has never been the bottleneck. The support around it has. Some of that gap needs better tools. Some of it needs someone to simply take the work off your desk. We stopped caring which, and started asking what actually gets you there.

That is what the LM stands for. Before a single line of code, we listened: in-depth interviews, discovery sessions and constant feedback from the people doing the work. The challenge was never getting more data. It was turning data into explainable, compliance-ready insight, instantly, anywhere it is needed.
